Willows Café was opened by Walesby Parish Council in November 2015 to provide a place to meet friends, visit the Post Office, catch up with village news or to speak to your local representative (on the Parish Council, or Newark and Sherwood District Council). We are staffed by an enthusiastic team of volunteers who also do all of the baking. Money raised from the café goes back into village events – so far we have hosted an afternoon tea, arranged a coach trip to Birmingham Christmas market, and delivered our winter warmer lunch – it’s our version of recycling. We also help out with catering at other village events like the Party In The Park.
Willows opens every Friday morning between 9am and 12noon in the Village Hall – everyone is welcome!
